We say Good bye to May 2009

Sister and the little man

Momma and the littlest one. Does he have the cheeks?

Shots of Cormic, end of 5/09

He's checking himself out in the mirror.
Good grief, look at his shirt...slobber, slobber
Here, he is in the middle of squawken
And, here he is about to roll over..
Cormic is a real big boy, he likes being on his stomach more these days.  The pretty blue blanket you see in the picture was made by Mekesha's mother; which is soooo nice because we haven't even met yet.
Yikes, now he's trying to eat it.
ha ha ha.. he makes us all laugh..he's soo cute.
uh oh..do you see the picture above? Bev said that Ry sucked two fingers when he was a little guy.

The men of the house

The brothers

Father and a son

Momma's bad luck

So, my friend Michelle joined a hiking group, and she asked me to go with her 5/30/09.  Thankfully, Paul and Lisa watched Cormic, Poor Ry had to work, Sierra and Ezekiel just wanted to stay home. Soooo, Yeahoo! I was able to get out of the house.. The above picture shows part of the group gathered around the trail.
The problem is.. they were gathered around Michelle.  She took a hard fall about 30 minutes into it and tore up her ankle, which started swelling instantly.  The trail was muddy and had lots of rock.
I was in front of Michelle when it happened, and didn't want to turn around..You know that moment of.."If I just ignore it..don't look at it..then it didn't happen" moment? Well, it was bad. But, since I'm a dork..I attempted to make her laugh and reached for my camera. I admit I'm just not good in bad situations..like one time in Idaho Ezekiel fell off the monkey bars. After Ry and I ran to Ezekiel I noticed his wrist had a sag in it..So, I calmly said "okay, no big deal..looks like you sprained it honey..we will just take you into the doctor." Ry tried to tell me "LaRayne, it's broken." But, in order to keep from passing out..I just ignored Ry. And, then another time. I walked up to a friend who was sitting at a table in front of Starbucks. I thought he was taking a nap,  I didn't know because he was wearing sun glasses.. So, for about 20 minutes I talked to him, told him I was going to tickle his belly if he didn't wake up..you know just having fun. Then, Michelle walked up and I told her "Man, Rus is really tired." She said "LaRayne! he's having a seizure"..so, see..I'm just not good with people's medical emergencies.

She fought back tears while she hobbled back up the trail. And, with a possible broken ankle..she was able to laugh most of the way. Until Michelle's fall, the hike was a lot of fun. I hope she invites me again. But, I'm just not sure if she should. The last time we were together..some one threw a rock thru her car window.

No clothes weekend

Nope, Cormic has been just in a diaper this weekend. We went to Paul and Lisa's saturday and he was dressed for that occasion.

But, when we were home..he was just hanging out in his diaper.

Cormic Play'n

Cormic has been just in a diaper this weekend, we are trying to get him to roll over...but he is still not there yet.

Soccer season is over...

Beautiful Sierra holding on to her medal..so happy and sweet. Little does she know at the time of this picture, that once she heads in to the house...a bird is going to poo on her..it was terrible..she laughed so hard and then went and jump'd in the shower..ha ha. Anyways, she recently colored her hair..looks cute huh?
Ezekiel after the game, very tired and hot.. and probably about ready to go clean the refrigerator out of food. The boy is almost 13 years old..can you believe it?

Yeah!! Here the two older siblings are with their medals. The team had a winning season...

Shots from the last game

So, they won their last game 10 to 3. They didn't have much of a soccer season due to the weather. And, I didn't get out to the field much because of Cormic, so there weren't very many pictures.
Ezekiel made two goals this season and Sierra came real close several times.
I tell myself that E's jersey is in honor of his new little brother III; and now there are three of them.
Sierra told me that this girl kept pushing her in her "girls area"..and it didn't matter if she pushed back..the girl would get majority of the times..ha ha ha
Okay, she might not be able to use her weight against some other players, but she can out run most..
I have always loved watching Sierra and Ezekiel play on the same team..They are never far apart from each other.
ha ha ha..Okay, kinda looks like this girl is backing it up..like you'd see on a dance floor and all Sierra wants is the ball..AND, here comes Ezekiel to help her out.
The young man Ezekiel is up against is an 18 year old referee.  The other team did not have enough players so they refs helped them out.  Ezekiel didn't let the 18 year old's size intimidate him.
This is after Ezekiel just stopped this girl from a goal; check out his face.. ha ha..

And, this is when he's bored.

Congrats to Coleman!!!

This is Cormic's cousin, Coleman Gentry. He graduated from Fruitland (Idaho) High School 5/18/09...BUT! he had his senior shots done in Nashville..(yahoo!). I can't believe his momma (my sister) sent him to Nashville for that..but it was so great to have Cole here. We really wished we could have made it back to see him graduate.
This was a very special event, not only because he is venturing on to big and better things; but because he is the last of the Wolf blood line to graduate from that school. I believe there has been one of the Wolf's or a child of a Wolf in the Fruitland school district since the early 1970's. And, No..it's not because we kept flunking..it was because there was a lot of us..ha ha ha
Ohhhh, let's talk about some Wolf senior memories..one of the best known is Cormic's uncle Rus; who was not allowed to walk at his graduation because he put his legs through the sleeves of his gown. And runner up was myself..arguing with my principle who was not going to let me graduate..So, I defended myself "I'm a good student, haven't done anything wrong..but this one thing!"..Yes, both stories were influenced by adult beverages..Not a good idea kids.
But, of course..I know Coleman classed up the image a bit and I'm sure he left us in good standing...Ha ha..So, Coleman will visit us one more time in Nashville and then he is off to join the military.

Crazy and wild kids'

Don't take this as me bragging BUT;  we here in music city have a pretty mean card game going here this Friday night..tee hee hee..Umm, I think Sierra was talked into playing cards with Ezekiel. Not sure, I didn't get the entire scoop. But, she really doesn't look to happy.
Ezekiel on the other hand...loves this stuff.

We've hit the 4 month mark

Funny story: Ry picked up Cormic from daycare earlier in the week. And, apparently..almost every other baby was crying in the place. When Ry seen Cormic, he was in the crib just smile'n and laugh'n..humm..weird huh? Well, again..apparently the attendant told Ry that when the other kids start crying; Cormic just starts laugh'n.  What type of child is he going to be? Could he really be giggling at other infant's misery? Or could he just be making the most out of a bad situation..we shall see....
He looks innocent enough, doesn't he?
Nooo, he's going to be a good kid..Look at that face.
Cormic is four months and he has started eating cereals, and will probably start with fruits/veggies this next week. When I say eating..I mean like maybe he swallows a spoonful. The rest is on his shirt. I say the last four months have been pretty good to him..Even though in the photo above..he looks pretty tuckered out.
