The Boys Played Kentucky

Below are some images of their Sunday show.
This was an art festival. They played on a Sunday around 2:00 pm...uh..it was hot.. So, there were a couple of different stages set up and bands played all day long (I think) for the entire weekend. Mr. Paul Thacker on keys...we wondered what he was thinking. Ry said something like "He was looking up to the heavens, cuz he's so good." I thought, "maybe he hoped for rain." Sierra and Ezek just thought he was looking at Trapper... huh? makes sense. And the big dog, Mr. Trapper Haskins on guitar.

So, overall I think they had a great response. And, we were able to spend some time with Chris Black which is always fun.  And, really... the greatest thing besides just being with the family, listening to great music was being in Kentucky...I love Kentucky..it's the birth place of Loretta.

Mud Face

So, he usually starts his day out clean like in the picture below.  He is in the studio probably when Ry had practice scheduled.
If he does get a chance to go outside...Well, the bottom pictures show how that usually ends. Cormic loves being outside, he loves playing in the water..not bath water; but stinky gross left over rain water. And, I can't deny it..so I'll just say it ..the boy likes to eat dirt/mud.

Dirty, but still adorable. So, the last doctor visit (5-27-10) with Carson went well. The belly measured right at 34 weeks, her heart beat was normal, head is down and the only thing shocking was the nurse said, "You lost a pound!" Uh, that's not right during a pregnancy..so of course on the way home I stopped and ordered a large chocolate shake.  Then, I complained about not feeling well after I got home. ha ha ha ha. only 6 more weeks!!!!

A Bitter Swill show 5-15

Well, good grief! I'm behind on pretty much every area in my life right now..including this little blog. But, these are just some shots taken at the boys' last show in Covington, TN. It is about 30 minutes outta Memphis. Yep, they played great. It was an outdoor event so the entire family could go..We like that.  ha ha..but, not sure how rock n roll the boys in the band feel watching their little ones run all over the place. ha ha ha.
Ezekiel is not so little anymore; but he is finally becoming comfortable on stage with his dad trying to set things up prior to the show.  Yes..I'm the mother, but I have to say "look how handsome he is!"
The two oldest Evans' kids..Yeah, I made them pose for me;it  didn't work out so well.
The fancy stage Trapper and the Bitter Swills played on..
There is just too much to say about Cormic. He had a great time watching the band, he dances, works the crowd and for some reason he stole people's drinks. I believe the water he has in the picture is Lisa's.
So, here are three of the little Swills. Cormic Evans, Patterson Thacker and Wyatt Haskins.
