Tonight, Sierra came to me and said "I'll show you something; but only if you don't cry." So, I agreed. And, the above drawing is what she showed me. Sierra was only 8 months old, on April 17th, 1995 when her uncle (my brother) chose to end his own life. I guess it's just a reminder, if anyone needed it...that our behavior, choices and how we treat one another not only impact ourselves; but those closest to us. And, obviously from this drawing..I can see that a missing piece to a family can even impact the next generation...so no more.. Love em and let em know you love em while you can.
