Cormic update

Well, Cormic is doing very well. He is winning the hearts of all the ladies at his daycare.  Everyday they say what a "sweet sweet" baby he is and they think he is just the cutest thing...even though they've mentioned he toots a lot and he burps, very loud. ha ha ha..      
 He finally sits by himself and he maneuvers around doing the army crawl, hasn't gotten up to his knees yet.    
Cormic normally goes to bed around 7:30 pm everyday, except for last night. Ry had to work this weekend, and Cormic waited up till 8:30 pm to see his dad walk in the door and then shortly after he fell asleep.  Cormic doesn't not like sitting at the computer unless he sees a picture of himself..ha ha ha. And, he has started to dance when he hears music.. He will even dance if I try to sing and everyone knows I can't carry a tune..so that should say what a sweet baby he is..but, he is also likes to pick on Sierra. He will dance when I or Ezekiel sings..but if Sierra sings..he will just stop and stare at her. ha ha ha    
It has been a great 7 1/2 months with this little man.

Cormic at the table

So Cormic is setting his ways. It' has been going on for awhile now, but he has to be at the table during dinner. Cormic can be in a deep sleep, but once the family sits down..he awakes. And, he doesn't make it easy. He doesn't like to be in his own chair..he needs to be on someone's lap. And, he doesn't want his food...he wants what is on your plate. If you try to feed him..he pulls out the 'big boy' card and thinks he can feed himself.     
So, this is after Cormic showed us.. he can feed himself.  
He was pretty happy. Yes, as you can imagine..food was everywhere. 
Then after this? The bath tub.

He's a Teenager!

So, still I'm a little behind on my post...But, on Auguts 19th Ezekiel turned 13 years old..Another WOW!  He did say that he doesn't feel any different. Good news though, he is attending the Arts Middle school now. He was moved to his new school 2 days after this year started, which was not the greatest moment for him.

   Ezekiel's is following his cousin Chaz's foot steps, he is interested in making movies/short films.    
Ezekiel is on the floor playing w/his little brother's big cheeks.  
Not to long ago..E had the same round cheeks..but now since he's growing up..they've disappeared... : (    huh? Mine never did..ha ha ha ha
Okay..I find this tooo be so funny, because even though you know Ezekiel loves Cormic..I'm sure he'd rather have a buddy over. But, look at Cormic.. he is sooooo excited to have his big brother on the floor with him. What is the saying? He looks like a pig in @#!%. ha ha ha ha.   

Sierra Turned 15!

It's been awhile since I posted..but, on August 8th Sierra turned 15 years old. Hard to believe huh? But, it's not hard to believe that she's turning into a very beautiful creative strong and independent young lady.  There are times when she keeps to herself and there are other times when Ry and I have to remind her there is a baby in the house. In other words "Turn that music down!"...ha ha ha  ..Ya..we know the saying "if it's too loud..you are too old." Ry would just say her music selection is not... and I'll leave it at that. ha ha ha       
 She was very excited to receive an I-Pod from Travis and Jess.  She absolutely loves it and has it with her every day.    
She is currently a sophomore at Nashville School of Arts, which she loves going to school there. I'm going to get on some type of medication in two years, because I know I will not be ready to see her graduate. 

A day with the Thackers

Paul and Lisa watched Comic 8/15/09 for us...taken very good care of the little man. Little does Cormic know..but he is leaning on his new buddy; Lisa is due to have her first (boy) in December..Yeah!    

WHAT is this?! Paul putting in his influence..piano over drums I see.. 
That would be the look...if Ry was to walk in..ha ha ..I tease..We would be pretty excited if any of the kids found interest in playing.     

Kids at Play

Not sure if little Raggedy Andy was meant for this type of play when Wanda gave it to Cormic...but Cormic really loves Andy. 
 Cormic giving Ezekiel stink eye.. because E has Andy hostage.
Sierra trying her darndest to keep ahold of the little man..he is wiggle worm.  But, will stop in the middle of it to smile for the camera.. 
                   "Give me!...Give me" he says. ha ha

Honestly.. Sierra and Ezekiel are very good with Cormic; he's very blessed to have these two as older siblings who play, read to and love him the way they do.

  Well, Cormic was moved today from the Infant room to the Creepers room at daycare. The attendants said he had a good day; but when I picked him up..he just scowled at them..I think he really liked the infant room. Uh, What else....? School is right around the corner for Sierra and Ezekiel..it's hard to believe they are headed back August 14th.
